Ingredients

  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 2 lb pork roast, cubed
  • 355 ml cola (coke if available)
  • 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1.5 oz Old El Paso™ Seasoning Mix Hot and Spicy Taco
  • other hot sauces of your choice
  • a pinch of black pepper

Instructions

place pork cubes in a slow cooker and pour cola over the cubes.

Cover and let simmer for around 6 hours on low heat.

take the pork out of the slow cooker and use a fork to shred the pork.

stir in old el Paso seasoning, BBQ sauce, sriracha, black pepper, and any other sauce you may have decided to add.

cut buns into two equal halves, as you would for a burger patty,

using a spoon, take pork mixture, and place in between the two halves of the buns.

Serve and enjoy!
