Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 ounces small fresh mozzarella cheese balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups dried bow-tie pasta
  • ΒΌ cup salad dressing of your choice, we have a few on our site. (either bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Open and boil pasta according to the directions on the packaging.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse it with some cold refreshing water and follow this by draining the pasta again.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine pasta, strawberries, cheese, and basil, then gently toss it so that it's mixed properly.
  4. Add the salad dressing then toss again.

Notes

When done cooking the pasta, I recommend when straining the pasta, to rinse it with some cold water, this helps the pasta not become sticky.
